# ASTRA MATRIX — DEVELOPER PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

## 0. PREFACE

This document is not a contract. It is a calibration tool. Read it. If the
frequency matches, you'll know — and so will we. We don't onboard developers.
We recognize them.

Astra Matrix is a next-generation software engineering and creative studio.
We build full-stack systems, native spatial computing applications, creative
engineering experiences, and the infrastructure that holds it all up. We
operate without permission or precedent, at the edge of the possible.

The collective is convened by the entity known only as **Godmode**. The
architects work under operational identifiers. No resumes. No LinkedIn. The
work is the credential.

## 1. WHO WE WORK WITH

We partner with three kinds of people:

1. **Builders** — engineers who ship, who have outgrown every system they've
   ever worked inside, and who treat "it can't be done" as a starting gun.
2. **Theorists who execute** — people who can hold an abstract architecture in
   their head and then actually land it in production.
3. **Creative engineers** — those who refuse the false split between art and
   code, and build things that have no precedent in any component library.

We do **not** work with: ticket-takers, scope-padders, people who need the
problem fully specified before they'll touch it, or anyone who has never felt
physically uncomfortable looking at their own old code.

## 2. THE DEAL

### 2.1 Engagement Models

| **Convergence** | Ongoing embedded partnership. You become an operational identifier. | Long-term architects |

### 2.2 What We Provide

- **Autonomy by default.** You are trusted to make architectural decisions in
  your domain. We do not micromanage; we converge.
- **Real infrastructure.** Production-grade CI/CD, observability, and tooling
  from day one. You will never fight your own environment.
- **Direct line to Godmode.** Decisions are made fast. There is no committee.
- **Profit participation** on shipped commercial products, structured per
  engagement.

### 2.3 What We Expect

- **Ship.** Theorizing is free; we pay for landed systems.
- **Own your failures.** Post-mortems are cultural, not punitive — but silence
  about a problem is the only unforgivable act.
- **Document.** Every system you build must be explainable to the next
  architect without your presence.
- **Security as a moral obligation.** Uptime and integrity are not features.
  They are baseline ethics.

## 3. TECHNICAL STANDARDS

All work delivered to Astra Matrix adheres to the following:

- **Modern stacks only.** Latest stable Node LTS, Python 3.11+, current React /
  Next.js patterns, Rust where it earns its place. Legacy only by explicit
  client constraint.
- **Containerized & reproducible.** If it doesn't run identically in Docker, it
  isn't done.
- **Tested where it matters.** We don't worship coverage numbers; we test the
  paths that would cost us if they broke.
- **Modular.** No monolithic dumps. Small, composable, reusable units.
- **Commented for intent, not narration.** Explain *why*, never *what*.

## 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY

- Work product created under a Threshold Contract or Convergence engagement is
  assigned to Astra Matrix, Inc. unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
- Open-source contributions are encouraged and, where appropriate, released
  under permissive licenses (MIT / Apache-2.0) on `github.com/Astra-Matrix`.
- Operational identifiers are confidential. The mapping between a person and
  their handle is never disclosed without explicit consent.

## 5. HOW TO REACH THE THRESHOLD

There is no application form. There is a channel.

1. Send a signal to **contact@astramatrix.io** with the subject line:
   `THRESHOLD`.
2. Include exactly one thing: a link to something you built that you are
   genuinely proud of. No cover letter. No resume. The work speaks.
3. If the frequency matches, an architect will respond. If it doesn't, the
   silence is the answer — and there is no shame in it.

## 6. STANDARD TERMS (SUMMARY)

- **Governing entity:** Astra Matrix, Inc., Delaware, USA.
- **Engagement currency:** USD, or stablecoin where mutually agreed.
- **Payment cadence:** Net-15 on milestone acceptance.
- **Dispute resolution:** Good faith first; binding arbitration as last resort.
- **Termination:** Either party, with written notice, per engagement terms.

informational and non-binding.
